1. Services
https://www.spanishwithpaula.co.uk/ provides online Spanish language lessons. These terms govern the use of the website and participation in lessons.
2. User Responsibilities
By using this website, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when signing up.
Use the services lawfully and respectfully.
Not share, distribute, or resell class materials without permission.
Not engage in any disruptive or harmful behavior during lessons. SpanishWithPaula reserves the right to refuse admission in case of disrespect, inappropriate behavior towards the teacher or harassment.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment must be made in advance for lessons or packages.
Refunds are only issued under specific conditions (e.g., cancellations made with sufficient notice, as outlined in the cancellation policy).
No refunds will be given for missed lessons. If a lesson does not occur because the student does not attend or give prior notice, the student will be charged the full lesson fee.
Classes that have already taken place will not be refunded. In case the student has purchased a package of 5 or more classes, the student will have the right to get a refund for the classes that haven't been given.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students must provide at least a 6-hour notice to reschedule a lesson and cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the lesson being paid in full.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Spanish with Paula reserves the right to reschedule lessons. If applicable, students will be able to rebook the same value class for another time within the time frame of their credit limit.
Waiting time: the teacher will wait up to 15 minutes for the student (unless the teacher and student have agreed on a different time). If the student doesn't show up after 15 minutes, the class will be considered completed and it will be charged.
5. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Spanish with Paula.
Users are granted a limited license to use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spanish with Paula is not responsible for internet disruptions, technical issues, or device failures on the student’s end that may affect lesson delivery.
If a lesson is disrupted due to a technical issue on the teacher's end, an alternative session may be offered.
While every effort is made to provide high-quality instruction, no guarantees are made regarding individual learning outcomes.
7. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
